BHH Teams Up to Bring Home Defense Verdict in Federal Libel Lawsuit

Steve Baron of BHH teamed up with Steve Mandell of Mandell Menkes to successfully defend a forensic accountant against a suit brought by a law professor who claimed statements in a  letter the accountant wrote to the dean of the law school defamed her.  After a week-long trial in federal court, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the accountant and a co-defendant on all counts.  Black v.
