Congratulations to MLRC Defense Counsel Section Executive Committee President Brendan Healey

BHH’s Brendan Healey was honored for his service to the Media Law Resouce Center (MLRC) at the Defense Counsel Section annual meeting in New York City on November 7, 2024.The MLRC provides media organizations and leading media attorneys with the essential tools they need to advance First Amendment and media rights, and fosters a supportive community in which counsel can discuss emerging legal issues and prepare for the future of communication. Brendan’s involvement with the MLRC dates back to an internship in 1995, and he has continued to lead the MLRC through his involvement with committee work and membership on the defense counsel section executive committee. In his role as president of the defense counsel executive committee for the past year, Brendan was also served on the MLRC board of directors alongside in-house lawyers from a wide array of prominent global media companies. Please join us in congratulating Brendan for his dedication to this important organization as he transitions from his role as president, to president emeritus of the defense counsel section executive committee for the coming year.
