A former in-house counsel and management consultant, Brecken Cutler provides insightful and practical solutions on a variety of corporate and transactional matters.

Brecken Cutler has advised businesses on corporate and commercial matters for more than 15 years. Her in-house and client experience has fostered a deep understanding of best practices in a variety of industries, from data and software licensing to traditional manufacturing operations.
