Baron Harris Healey is deeply saddened by the death of prolific Illinois muralist Timm Etters. Mr. Etters was best known for the hundreds of hand-painted works adorning the walls of local schools featuring hyper-realistic images celebrating the wonders and spirit of the natural world.
BHH’s Steve Baron was privileged to represent Mr. Etters in his mission to protect his body of work created during his decades long career as an artist. Steve and Timm pursued Timm’s rights under the Visual Artist Rights Act (VARA). A documentary film about Mr. Etters’ life is in the works.
