Brendan Healey Speaks on Advertising at Media Law Conference

BHH partner Brendan Healey was a co-presenter for the Advertising & Commercial Speech session at the Media Law Resource Center’s 2025 Media Law Conference in Virginia. Brendan spoke on developments in the law relating to autorenewals, junk fees, and sweepstakes and contests. Brendan discussed recent cases and newly passed statutes and regulations as well as regulatory enforcement activities in these rapidly changing areas of the law. This is the fourth time Brendan has spoken on Advertising & Commercial Speech at the MLRC Virginia conference. The MLRC is a non-profit association for members of the media and their lawyers, and the Virginia event is its largest conference of the year.
