BHH is pleased to announce that attorney Brecken Cutler has joined the firm in an of counsel role. Brecken has advised businesses on corporate and commercial matters for more than 15 years. Her in-house and client experience has fostered a deep understanding of best practices in a variety of industries, from data and software licensing to traditional manufacturing operations. As part of her work supporting clients with their growth strategies, Brecken drafts, reviews, and negotiates a host of agreements, including technology-focused transactions such as data, software, and other intellectual property licenses and assignments, service agreements, research and development agreements, co-marketing agreements, and social media marketing and influencer agreements.
