Baron Harris Healey presented the Hot Topics in Advertising and Promotions Law workshop, “The Magic of Advertising”, at the ABA Forum on Communications Law virtual annual law conference. The hour long presentation featured topics including: developments in sports betting (Brendan Healey); right of publicity roundup (Steve Baron) and social bots and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) litigation updates (Natalie Harris).
